1. Returns Policy:

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a return.

2. Exchange Policy:

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team at support@haulbala.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will happily exchange the item for the same or a similar product of equal value.

3. Refunds Policy:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within  7 working days.

4. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items:

Certain items are exempt from being returned or refunded:

Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Perishable goods
Health and personal care items

5. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@haulbala.com .
